Dennis helped me through a hard time in my life. His training pushed me in a way I needed. I would recommend working with him to anyone who is looking for some motivation and guidance!

For better or for worse (mostly for the better), I have been at this recovery game for about fifteen years. I have had my share of slip ups, for sure. But, I have had far more successes than failures and have made great progress along the way.  Getting sober, staying sober, being healthy and being happy can be a challenge at times. Fortunately for me, I found Dennis. In my view he is a very rare find. He takes a more real life and realistic approach to “sober coaching” than anyone I have worked with in the past. Together, we deal with the nuts and bolts of not picking up a drink, as well as several other very important factors that go into being healthy and happy, while in recovery-after all, isn’t that what it really about? Denis is a skilled counselor and offers sound advice and guidance. He is fun to talk to and generous with his time. He has NEVER not been there when I needed him. Additionally, and maybe more importantly, we also spend a good bit of time physically training and addressing my physical and nutritional health. To say that I have had a blast learning how to box with Dennis, is an understatement. I/we get as much or more out of our boxing sessions together than I could ever hope to get out of sitting in a meeting. As I write this testimonial, I am probably in the best mental and physical state that I have been in over the last ten year.  Much of that credit belongs to time and effort that Dennis has put into me. For that, I am eternally grateful.
